Please read these Terms and Conditions before using the Mixxx4u website or placing an order. By purchasing from mixxx4u.com, you agree to the terms applicable to your transaction, subject to any rights that cannot legally be waived.
1. About mixxx4u.com
mixxx4u.com ("Mixxx4u", "we", "us", or "our") is an Ontario, Canada-based online business offering downloadable music products, including Digital Packs, DJ Crates, mixes, and remixes. These Terms and Conditions govern use of the website and purchases made through it.

2. Placing an order
Before placing an order, please review the product description, format information, price, currency, any applicable taxes or fees, and your order details. You may review and correct your order before completing checkout. You agree to provide accurate information reasonably necessary to process and deliver your purchase.
An order is processed when payment is successfully received or otherwise approved. We will provide order information and download access through the checkout and order-confirmation process.
3. Digital products and delivery
All products offered for sale by Mixxx4u are digital downloads. No physical copies are shipped.
After successful payment, available download links are generally provided through your order confirmation and/or your Mixxx4u customer account. If your purchased files are unavailable, contact support@mixxx4u.com with your order number.
4. Download access and backups
Each digital product comes with a maximum of five (5) downloads and a fifteen (15) day download-access period, starting when the order is completed. We recommend downloading your files promptly and keeping your own secure backup.
These limits apply to the download links provided through our store; they do not transfer ownership of the underlying music or remove rights and remedies provided by applicable law.
5. Product descriptions, formats and compatibility
We strive to describe products accurately, including song collections, formats, and any advertised DJ-software features. File sizes, audio formats, track counts, metadata, cue points, and compatibility may differ between products. Please rely on the specific product description for the features included with your purchase.
Files may be supplied as ZIP archives that must be extracted on a compatible device. If files appear damaged, incomplete, or materially different from their description, please contact us for assistance.
6. Prices and payments
The checkout displays the applicable prices, currency, taxes, and payment methods before you submit your order. Available payment options may include debit or credit cards and PayPal, as presented at checkout, and may change from time to time.
No shipping fees apply because Mixxx4u sells digital products only.
7. Cancellations, refunds and purchase problems
Please review each product before buying. Because digital content can be made available as soon as payment is completed, change-of-mind refunds are not automatically granted after download access has been provided. We review cancellation and refund requests based on the circumstances.
If your download is inaccessible, defective, incomplete, or materially different from the product description, contact support@mixxx4u.com with your order number and details. We will investigate and seek an appropriate resolution, which may include restoring access, replacing affected files, or a refund where appropriate or required by law.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any non-waivable right to cancel, obtain a refund, or receive another remedy under applicable consumer-protection law.
8. Music ownership and permitted use
Purchasing a digital product provides access to the files supplied with that purchase; it does not transfer copyright or ownership of underlying songs, recordings, compositions, artwork, or trademarks. Those rights may belong to the applicable artists, labels, producers, publishers, or other rightsholders.
You must not resell, redistribute, share, upload, or otherwise supply purchased music files to others unless you have the necessary rights or authorization. A purchase does not, on its own, grant public-performance, broadcast, synchronization, remix, or other third-party music rights. DJs, venues, and event organizers should ensure they have any permissions required for their intended uses.
9. Accounts and website security
If you create an account, keep your login details secure. Do not misuse another customer's account, interfere with the website, or attempt unauthorized access to downloads or systems.
If a browser or security application displays a warning, do not bypass it. Contact us so we can investigate the issue.
10. Customer support and service availability
We aim to keep our website and downloads available, but service interruptions, maintenance, or technical errors may occur. If an interruption affects your purchase, please contact our support team so we can assist.
Nothing in this section removes legal rights concerning products not supplied as described.
11. Privacy and third-party services

Payment processors and other service providers used to operate checkout or deliver purchased files may have their own terms or privacy policies.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as our store, services, or legal obligations change. The Terms displayed when you place an order generally apply to that purchase, except where applicable law requires otherwise or you agree to a subsequent change.
13. Applicable law and your rights
These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws applicable in Ontario, Canada, together with applicable federal laws of Canada. This provision does not override mandatory consumer-protection rights that may apply to a customer in Ontario or another jurisdiction.
